Drop of Encavis AG (XETR: ECV) from the Index

Elbe BidCo AG (Private Company) is to acquire shares of Encavis AG (XETR: ECV) for EUR 17.5 per share via cash tender offer. Tender offer ended on June 18, 2024 and was pending regulatory approvals. Elbe Bidco now owns 87% in ECV and all regulatory approvals have been received. Since Investable Weight Factor (IWF) of ECV has decreased below 0.15, S&P will remove ECV from all S&P DJ Indices, including the MAC Global Solar Energy Index, effective on the open of Nov 29, 2024 using its last traded price.
