Drop of Neoen SA (XPAR:NEOEN) from the Index

Brookfield Renewable Holdings SA (private company) is to acquire Neoen (XPAR:NEOEN) for EUR 39.85 per share in cash via tender offer. The tender offer ends on March 13, 2025. Since Investable Weight Factor (IWF) of NEOEN has decreased below 0.15, S&P will remove NEOEN from all S&P DJ Indices, including the MAC Solar Energy Index, effective on the open of March 17, 2025 using its last traded price. If NEOEN is suspended before the removal date, SPDJI will remove NEOEN using its last traded price or offer price, whichever is lower.
